Individual Therapy
Individual therapy services are one-on-one sessions with children, adolescents, or adults that are approximately 50 minutes long. In our Individual therapy sessions, I will explore my client’s “origins story” to gain a greater understanding of their identity, what triggers them, and what motivates them. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals for therapy and the best approaches to achieve progress. Throughout treatment I will support my clients in developing insight, healthier ways to navigate life, and enhance their relationship with themselves and others.
Couples Therapy

Couples therapy services are between the couple and the therapist and are 50 to 90 minutes long. In a couples therapy session, I work with the couple to explore their patterns that often lead to miscommunication, conflict, disconnection, dissatisfaction, and sometimes infidelity. It is my goal to uncover both individual and dyadic factors that are negatively impacting the relationship. My personal belief is that we learn how to navigate our current relationships from past relational experiences, which often times are maladaptive. My goal is to aid the couple in gaining insight around their “blueprint” and build a mutual satisfying relationship.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is based on the Adaptive Information (AIP) Model. The AIP model posits that the neurological information processing system is intrinsic, physical, and adaptive. Memories are stored in associate memory network and are the basis of perception, attitude, and behavior. Trauma and/or stress cause a disruption of normal adaptive information processing, which results in unprocessed information being dysfunctionally stored in our memory networks. These unprocessed past experiences influence and governs our present. EMDR treatment targets unprocessed memories and stores them in a healthier and non-damaging way.
